| What are your trading hours? |

We are open from Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm daily. We are always happy to make other out of hours appointments if required.

Most of our quotes are supplied in 24–48 hours. We know how important is for you to get a quotation in a proper and timely manner. Quotes for complex projects may require additional time to prepare, which we advise when we review the project.

| Do you give written quotes? |

Yes! We can provide your business with an obligation free written quote. We also have several ranges of products which have price lists available for you to review. Our contact page also offers an easy-to-fill-in enquiry form to help us better understand your individual signage needs.

| How do I send you my artwork? |
|
|
|
Artwork can be accepted in many formats including via email, 3.5" Floppy Disc, CD, DVD, and USB Flash Drives.
Cut-ready artwork for vinyl plotting must be supplied in a vector based format with any fonts converted to curves or outlines. Our preferred cut-ready formats are Illustrator AI files, Illustrator EPS files, or unflattened PDF files. Other formats we can accept include all Photoshop files & In Design files, however any artwork which is not vector based may incur additional fees to prepare them for plotting.
For full colour printing we accept most bitmap and vector formats. We currently run on a PC based network, so please ensure that any Mac files are saved appropriately. Please note that we cannot guarantee your file will successfully import.
In cases where file formats cannot be used, we can recreate your logo or design for a small fee.

| Can you arrange delivery? |

Yes, we can arrange delivery. We use a reliable, qualified courier company and utilise both express services and cheaper options. We have a proven record of on-time delivery.

We always prepare proofs for our clients to check and sign off on. This is a free service we offer to ensure you are confident you are receiving exactly what you want.

| How do we order signs from Art & Soul Signs? |
|

Ordering is as easy as a phone call, fax or an email. The more information you can provide us about your business, the easier the flow of production and ideas will be. Providing your logo or concept can also speed up the quoting process as it gives us a better understanding of your needs.

This is a good question and the best answer is; as long as you need them to. Signs can be manufactured using high quality materials that can last for decades. We can offer protective overlaminates for your signage to guard against damage from general weathering, oil, grease, UV rays and graffiti.

| Do you make all types of signs? |

We have the ability to make any type of signage you require. We try to capture this in the photographs you can see in our gallery and our lists of common signage, however if your needs differ from what we've shown you, please contact us! We are qualified to impress.
