Bacardi Travel Retail Activation

the brief.

Bacardi, a long-standing client, asked Art & Soul Creations to design an experience that would showcase the Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration and highlight their Patron tequila product line. The goal was to create an engaging and memorable travel retail activation that would celebrate the Mexican festival and the Bacardi brand.

the solution.

With a tight deadline that allowed for shipping from Sydney to Melbourne, the Art & Soul Creations graphic design, industrial design and fabrication teams unleashed their creativity and crafted a breathtaking pop-up and sampling experience. We transported visitors from Melbourne airport to the Mexican festival with a skull that was almost two metres in height, topped with a one-of-a-kind 3D printed butterfly. A skeleton musical quartet, a decorative floor, stockers and bar completed the experience.

The vibrant activation was a success, the pop-up stopped travellers in their tracks and increased brand awareness and sales through immersive brand storytelling.
