We always prepare proofs for our clients to check and sign off on. This is a free service we offer to ensure you are confident you are receiving exactly what you want.

Your graphics and Artwork can be accepted in many formats including via email, 3.5" Floppy Disc, CD, DVD, and USB Flash Drives.
At Art and Soul we love to produce the very best quality digital prints therefore we ask for your help in supplying:

Vinyl Cutting or Router Cutting

• Cut-ready artwork for vinyl plotting and router profile cutting must be supplied in a vector based format with any fonts converted to curves or outlines. Our preferred cut-ready formats are Illustrator AI files, Illustrator EPS files, or unflattened PDF files. 
• Other formats we can accept include all Photoshop files & In Design files, however any artwork which is not vector based may incur additional fees to prepare them for plotting.

Full Colour Digital Wide Format

• For full colour printing we accept most bitmap and vector formats. We currently run on a PC based network, so please ensure that any Mac files are saved appropriately. 

Disclaimer: Like they say “GIGO” Garbage in Garbage out, this is a well know expression in digitally and graphics artwork circles. What it aims to highlight is if the art you supply is poor quality, well without us doing some remedial or perhaos even redo artwork entirely, you will get replication of the standard of the artwrk you supply to us. Please note that we cannot guarantee your file will successfully import.

In cases where file formats cannot be used, we can recreate your logo or design for a small fee.

This is a good question and the best answer is; as long as you need them to. Signs can be manufactured using high quality materials that can last for decades. We can offer protective over- laminates for your signage to guard against damage from general weathering, oil, grease, UV rays and graffiti.

Most of our quotes are supplied in 24–48 hours. We know how important is for you to get a quotation in a proper and timely manner. Quotes for complex projects may require additional time to prepare, which we advise when we review the project.

Art and Soul prints any size digital printed poster like! Our ranges of standard poster print sizes are generally the world accepted A format as listed below:
A6 is 105mm X 148mm (A5 folded in half)
A5 is 210mm X 148mm (A4 folded in half)

A4 is 297mm X 210mm (A4 is the standard letter paper size.)

A3 is 297mm X 420mm (2 times A4)

A2 is 420mm X 594mm (2 times A3)
A1 is 594mm X 840mm (2 times A2)

A0 is 840mm X 1282mm (2 times A1)
DL is 99mm X 210mm (A4 folded in 3)

How quickly can Art and Soul deliver digital printed posters?

Art and Soul will work to your needs and generally within 48 hours we will email an artwork 'proof' (a layout of your digitally printed poster) based on your specifications. Your input is important! If you would like any alterations with your design we'll make them and return it to you within 24 hours! Once you are happy with your digital printed poster design, we can deliver within 3-5 Days across Australia.
