Oce Arizona 350XT UV Flatbed Printer
State of the Art technology at our fingertips
Our oversize Arizona 350 XT printer creates enormous, high quality prints on almost any rigid media to suit nearly any display graphic application. It has a massive maximum print size of 3.05m x 2.5m allowing us to print seamlessly on oversize sheets of PVC, glass, plastic, metal, corflute and much more. The print heads can be mechanically raised and lowered meaning even thick materials (up to 50mm thick!) can be directly printed onto with precision.
No more wasting time applying vinyl to rigid substrates, no more dust under laminating films, no more creases or bubbles.
High quality, high output capacity
The extra width of our Arizona enables it to be used in a continuous imaging mode for
rigid media up to 1.22 x 2.44m (a standard 4-foot by 8-foot board). Two
rigid boards of this size can be mounted on separate vacuum areas of the
flatbed table. While one board is being printed, the other is changed with no break in production. Since the printer never has to stop printing
for a media change, we've significantly increased our production flow, which translates directly to cheaper signage for you!
Roll media capabilities
To gain the most from our 350XT we asked Oce to install the Roll Media Option at the back of our flatbed. This allows tensioned roll-to-roll printing on any flexible media up to 2.2m wide. This can print while we are changing rigid substrates on the flatbed with no downtime at all. This means we can create enormous banners, window graphics, backlit film prints & more to match your rigid board prints with identical quality & perfect colour.
White ink!
To top off all these features of our Arizona 350XT, we opted to include white ink alongside the other four standard colours - cyan, magenta, yellow and black. This enables under-printing for non-white media or objects, over-printing for backlit applications on transparent media and/or printing white as a spot colour.
This technology has been a long time coming for UV flatbed machines, and the Arizona's white ink was the most opaque white we had ever seen. This allows us to back up clear acrylic and glass prints with white to make stunning reception and corporate signage with no transparency in inks.
